A copy of The Journal – Issue #55 – landed in our letterbox last week. Within was a splendid review of Gareth Writer-Davies’ The Lover’s Pinch. This was pleasing enough, but what we liked even more that our fine production values in creating said collection was commented upon. The backroom guys come to the fore:

Here at Arenig Press..
..we love books. The look. The feel. The smell. And, of course, the ideas they contain. We are small (we prefer bijou) because that’s how we prefer to be. We are not in a rush and we publish what we want to, not what market forces say we ought to. We also take our responsibilities to those we publish seriously.
We do not use Print on Demand (POD) services and commit to a proper print run. We go that extra mile to ensure our books are a bit special.
